Denver Child Thanks Doctors After MRSA Battle

Four year old Caleb Noblitt survived an MRSA infection in his pelvis and spine, and is part of a video on channel 4 in Denver - looking just as vibrant as a little child should. Bless his heart, I can only imagine what his family has gone through!

Olympian Grant Hackett Hospitalized with Blood Infection

Australian Olympic swimmer Grant Hackett has been hospitalized with a blood infection stemming from a cut on his ankle. MRSA? Hopefully not, but unfortunately, its very likely.

Athletic Trainers: 53% Have Treated MRSA Infections

Results from a survey of 364 certified U.S. athletic trainers (presented at the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America) revealed that 53% of them had treated MRSA in the atheletes under their care:
