MRSA Notes

Today is the last day in Tony & Barb’s trip over here. I surely will miss them. I am hoping they will return here - possibly even next year. So many wonderful things have been accomplished on this journey. There is still so much work to do but I feel very hopeful that real changes can be made in terms of infection prevention in our world.
Each person who has come out to support these efforts has added a new perspective on what is happening and what needs to happen. To me, it is a true experience of the best of humanity. I feel very blessed to be a part of this. As Tony puts it, we were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
We now have a clear direction of the path we’d like to take for the future. I do believe that by combining our voices internationally, we can combat the veil of silence that surrounds the spread of infections in hospitals and communities.
May the good Lord continue to guide us all and clear the path for success in these efforts.
