More on Anna Nicole Smith’s Death

March 23rd, 2007 · 2 Comments

anna nicole smithMore details now after a little research - apparently Star Magazine and the National Enquirer have managed to get ahold of the autopsy report - bet they spent a fortune on it - but thats another story. Apparently Anna Nicole overdosed on chloral hydrate, a sleeping medication, but she was also suffering from a life threatening blood infection acquired from using a dirty needle to inject something that remains unknown at this point. I haven’t found anything online yet that specifically says Staphlococcus bacteria was the culprit, but that was the first thing I heard. From StarMagazine.com:

The ENQUIRER and Star have also learned that Anna Nicole had a raging blood infection. The infection was caused by an unsterilized needle and contributed to her death.

The infection was so serious, it would have killed her if she had not overdosed.

Contrary to speculation, tests show Anna Nicole did not have methadone or any other painkilling drug in her system at the time of her death.

The ENQUIRER learned that just before she left the Bahamas for Florida on February 5, three days before she died, Anna Nicole received an injection in her left buttock.

Tests did not reveal what that substance was.

“As she boarded the plane for Miami, Anna Nicole developed a painful abscess at the site of the injection,” said a source with knowledge of the case. “The needle wasn’t sterile. The pain kept getting worse as the abscess got larger and larger very quickly.”

Bless her heart, she was one very sick woman.

    I am not surprised.
MRSA is a GLOBAL EPIDEMIC .
Interestingly, we do not hear about as much as we should in the Media.

    MRSA Needs Media Attention.
People NEED to know that MRSA kills men, women and children EVERY day and MRSA does not care if you are Rich or Famous.

Hospitals and clinics have closed down due to MRSA being out of control.

    Do you know about MRSA?

If not, I would suggest that you learn everything you could and what your treatments options are. Many people also become seriously disabled or die from the Fluoriquinolone treatments used for MRSA.

my niece contacted mrsa after giving birth. Her baby has it and now her 7 year old son. she is not responsible for the treatment and sent her son to school with an outbreak, uncovered and exposing other children. should I notify the school district of this infection.
