  What about the mom who allowed those tattoos to happen, I thought this whole case was stupid, Placeing a man in jail for doing tattoos. Does our society have nothing to do.

  The only law that he broke was tattooing under the age of 18, and people act like this doesnt happen on a daily basis, I just seen my 17 year old cuzin get a tattoo at a shop, and they didn’t even card here, My sister said why should I even get mad, She deos alot of other stuff behind my back. Then she said, I’m giving myself credit cause if theres one thing I know she’s not doing Drugs or even drinking, They now give test for perents to check there kids. And I use that once a week.

  Hello all, Yes this is the real jesse luna whom was caught for the tattoos. I did a year in prison and just came home to my wife and daughter, I thought I would see what’s being said and going on. Well. The way it happend. I jesse luna was called on my cell phone to do some tattoos, I had just stopped working at a tattoo shop cause the boss was into drugs, and I’m a family man. So you should understand Why I left. Like I said I got a call and was ask if I do tattoos, Just comeing out of a shop It’s imbeded in subconciouse mind to ask “Are you 18″, The girl said yes, Well Since I’m not in a shop There realy was no need to ask for I.D. Yes the one thing I did do wrong was actually go to the school and pick up the girls in my car. Now in day’s girls in the Monterey county look much older. I could say that, That was my mistake. Picking them up. But I needed to eat and so did my wife of 5 years and daughter that’s 2years. This is realy me jesse that got caught so email me a if you would like to know more. anyway’s. So I had these girls in my car going to a house, One thing that was off the wall to me was that one of the gils that I was going to do a tattoo on, We did it at here home with her mom present the hole time. Infact the mom said ” Jesse, You dont have to worry I’m a cool mom, Pluse I GOT PERMISSION FROM THE OTHER PARENTS. Funny. I did the tattoos and everyone liked them and had fun that day. Even funnyer was that the one girl of the tattoo I did, Her mom and here was crying together saying “DO you like it, I hope you do!Looks nice” Then turned to me mr. luna and thanked me. The mom also should have hoten some trouble for What you can say. Allowing minors to be recieving tattoos withoug parents permission. When they took me to jail that day. The D.A whom arrested me looked at my chart for me and said “Man, These are not even charges agenst you. So they waited a couple of days then placed me with, Tattooing under the age of 18 and a lot of city codes, Like not tattooing in a permitted facility. So if they could make a charge for me, Why did they not make one for the mom whom allowed this happen. People, All I did was tattoo,Did I sell or give them drug’s NO. DId i touch them in any way, NO, There are many parents that I’v personaly delt with that told me, If my kid got a tattoo, Yes I would be mad, But, They were the ones whom choose to mess up there body for life, I tattood nice work on these girls, Did they complain, NO, The only reason I got in trouble with this case was cause, Out of all the parents only one wanted to press charges, In my Police report, It clearly states that the all but one parent said, Either yes they had my permission or, Did he give them drugs or bear, NO, and it’s say’s well in my eyes he really didn’t do anything wrong. Although the one parent tryed to have a parent gathering, The parents did not have it, I’m a 23 year old HISPANIC that was tattooing in PRUNDALE on WHITE PEOPLE, I’m not races. But this dad was a red neck type, and when found out whom I was maid shure of it that I was Prosicuted to the foolist, Like I said that other parent’s did not car. When the Probation department came to evaluate me , She had aske me,.MR. luna, I see that you have a daughter, What would you do if a man tattooed on you daughter, My actual answer was. I would infact be very upset, But at my daughter not the man whom did it, If my daughter was the one whom whent out of her way to some how get this tattoo she must have had lie to the poor man, The P.O. Ladie said, Well that’s another way to look at it. I told here the parents should be more mad at there kids’, Grounded them, NOt place a man in prison for trying to make money for his wife and kid,Only one law was broken, Tattooing under the age of 18….Whow many times do you run a red light, Or say something sexual to the other sex, You see, People brake the law in many way’s, So nobody is perfect, But would you run that red light then go to the police department and say were the location of the red light you just ran, Or go to the police about the sexual thing you said to another individual whom did not like, The answere is,”YOU WOULDNT’” cause these are the littles thing’s in life.My moral of this story is, No mater what you do, You could be braking the law in some sort of way without you even knowing it, But for me, Having a verbal permission from a PARENT, and the girls themselfs. I would see More like, Give me Probation, not time.

  And about STAFF INFECTION, well, I as a 5 year tattooist seenthe actual pictures, When a tattoo scabs after being done, It could get infected by, A person touching it, Placeing the wrong Ointment’s, Placeing dirty water over it. Or lack of tattoo care, I had my hole sale licens, So I would get 50 needles for 20 $ and If i maid about a hundred a night, Would you use the same needle, NO, Infact, There was in article in the paper about staff infection, You can recieve it in your own shower, and now teenagers are getting it in there own locker rooms at school. Well i was in jail, I recieved staff infection, My lawyer brought it up to my judge about that, It was not the needles it was on how you care for the tattoo. Pluse, A new law, If your a under the age of 18 and want to have an abortion, You can recieve this major surgery in your local hopital, and have it remain not said to your parents. So a teenager can undergo manor surgory but not get a tattoo, wow.

  Wow, No one is cominting! Although I know and fill that I did wrong by tattooing when I was not supposed to, But, What Can I say,Our society is built upon seeing people FAIL. They may not say it, Or in some cases even know it, But they do subconciously would like to see someone fail. Being a hispanic male with a family is not easy. Just as in most societys being black is of much difficulty. I tattood several minors YES. But to have lost 1year away from my family, Well, That’s the kind of stuff that our society feeds off of. Man I have so much to say. I could go on for ever. You see, I was placed on public Humiliation, and given way to much publicity, Well that’s also what many lawyers and public deffenders had to say. I was maid to be looked at as a:Rapist, Murder, and so own….FOR SOME TATTOOS. Why are our media and press so found feched on the thing’s that dont need to be maid into. Now I bet If I had not tattooed them but giving them drugs or Alcohol I bet I would have only been on the news once. and papper once. and my case would have been like a normal case. Do you people need STORY”S to gain a promotion for your jobs, Is that what it is. Or to be maid looked at as employe of the month. Now, I bet, If that you were placed in my shoes as far as the humiliation that I went threw, You would not have even tooken it that far. I bett my life on that, My might be in Denial about that, but, thats the part of being a child, Our people of our society need to relize that the people that you place on the stand. Could or even will be you, one of these day’s. Then you’ll go back and say. Yes, He should not have tattood but, The judge will do his job. I’m not upset, Just conserned about our society. A, i also bet if I was a white blue colerd male, Probation and findes is all i would have got. And it’s funny cause The times that I have gone to court, I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
  You can not be a mexican living in a white society, Even though the population of mexicans is grater then whites or blacks. My final charges were. Tattooing under the age of 18, And Tattooing in un unpermitted facility. These charges were for each individual I tattooed on. My Judge the took my case, was very Fair. I listend and understood my case and life. Thank Judge. I did not place any names or places in my comments, Cause like I said about our society feeding off failier. I brobalby would end up getting arrested and placed back on the news for some stupid charge of, Messageing the wrong stuff.

  I just turned to this page and Mr Luna, You must have just posted this. I’m reading as I’m typing. As a father and brother to my youger sisters. I do understand your point about the way our society whent about your case. It was wrong. I thing a Law suit should be inforced. Yes Mr.Luna you did admit your wrong’s, But you still did brake some sort of law. Hey, Even I have. So I do fill for you and your family. Jesse. It does not make a difference what the press or media has to say cause there “Like you said” Trying to get there promotions or kiss ass. And It’s true, If us mexicans were white, It would not even be as bad. But, then again, I do have some white in me. So I’m not totally mexican. So I can see from both sides.Mr luna. My email is below. Jesse. You did commit a crime but not like most. I myself Have a son, and little girl on the way. And I have tryed to put myself in your shoes. I know how you fill.   Leave the dam man alone! those stupid girls and parent are the one who allowed this tattoo session to undergo. I was one of the girls, who got a tattoo from him, and he’s a really nice guy and he did use new things. He opend everyting up infront of me. Jesse, you’re the man, don’t let these stupid people bring you down. I’m sorry all this happend, it’s just that stupid dad races dad that has his own littl business that wants money, wanted to bring you down. LOVE YOU JESS,

  Only if the stupid media and press would get the info correct. This entire case was flipped up side down. The staff infection was due to the girls lack of tattoo care from the day they went into the swimming pools… And a mother of one of the girls was present and allowed her house to be used as the tattoo shop! why was she not pressed for this. It’s true, it all has to due with race in our society. Mr. Luna is a Mexican man that was in a white neighberhood. Why could people not recognize this? This upsets me because only one individual got into trouble, and their should have been others…… The lady who wrote this article on Mr. Luna, here on MRSA I can guerenty she is a White woman.
