Warning to the weak - this video is disgusting - and as it is running backwards, I am not sure what to tell you is going on, other than this is a healing MRSA infection on a mans lip. Do not watch it if you are easily grossed out:
I warned ya! Remember those things I have told you about how to prevent MRSA? Heed them. MRSA is not only awful looking, it can, and does, kill you.

He’s not playing with it. What he is doing is packing it with the medicated packing that you are given to keep the abscess open so it can heal from the inside out. You put a little less in each time as it heals. MRSA is very painful and packing it is not a fun process!
