Nano-UV Portable Disinfection Light

The newest tool in the fight against bad bugs, viruses and other nasty critters is this Nano-UV Portable Disinfection Light. UV light is a widely used and accepted form of disinfection, but this is very new to have it in use in such a portable way. This is what they say about it:

Proven effective by independent laboratories worldwide, this scanner emits ultra-violet light that disinfects surfaces and kills 99.9% of germs with no toxins or side effects. Simply pass it over the area for 10 seconds and you’re done! Virtually thousands of possible uses, including public restrooms, food utensils, computer keyboards, Cell phones, children’s toysjust about anywhere dangerous germs might hide.

Sounds interesting - but would you actually use it? I am not sure if I would or not…I do hate those nasty public restrooms an awful lot though…

    Hello-
What many people don’t realize is that their indoor air quality “maintains” thier sickly condition because dirt, germs, dust mites, molds, virus and bacteria recirculate through the HVAC system even with filters. Especially in newer tightly sealed homes and buildings. The solution is technology that kills virus like MRSA, Avian Bird Flu and SARS as well as bacteria like E. Coli. I had annoying problems with mold, allergies and smoke. I bought a product called Ecobox by Ecoquest. They put a NASA Space technology in it called ActivePure RCI. It works. I bought one for my smokey, moldy apt. bldg. also a couple small ones for my sisters kids’ bedrooms. At 2 pounds and 6×6 inches, I take it everywhere.

    check it out virusmersa.com

    hope this helps

The UVC light used in these devices helps destroy viruses and bacteria. I like how the device is around the size of a cell phone. Great article!
